$4 dollar charge to use your credit card. Food was good. We order vegetables salad, guacamole and stir fry vegetables also we had the fresh orange juice and a smoothie. Drinks were really good! The waiter came coming over to see if we where done, many times and it wasn’t relaxing. He was ready to take our plates and we weren’t done eating. The place was not busy. The only thing, I didn’t agree with was I was charge four dollars to use my credit card. I would recommend the food.

Been ordering from here for years and this is the first time they’ve ever missed items in my order. Food is usually good, but my takeout Bandeja Paisa was missing multiple items — I substituted the steak for chicken breast, and all I received was rice, eggs, beans, and chicken breast. The chicharrón and sausage were completely missing. I live about 20 minutes away so I didn’t go back, and honestly I should’ve checked before leaving. Hoping this was just a one-time mistake. Also, I agree with another review that charging over $2 for such a small serving of pico de gallo is a bit much.

Late post: We went on a February weekday (Wednesday Lunch time) and the place was clean, well decorated for Valentine's. There was a good crowd and I can see that the staff were all busy doing something work related. Our waiter was attentive and although his English was limited , he still made an attempt. The food was good- Bandeja de Paisa never disappoints. I like how this dish is consistent whether I eat it at their Hackensack location or Englewood location. For the first time I tried their calamari. It was good and I like the sweet chili sauce (an homage to my Asian routes haha). Overall
