I am a huge Starbucks fan and one of the main reasons I go there is due to the outstanding service however today I was treated so badly that I was compelled to write a review. I was basically yelled at by the guy who was taking my order because I asked for my drink hot, instead of cold as advertised. He stated we cannot make the Lavender cream chai hot; you can only get a regular chai, even though I ordered the same drink from the same Starbucks the day before.
