Terrible experience. The last 3 times I've been here, it's just been getting worse and worse. I went today, and the employees couldn't listen enough to get get the order right. Charged me for a large soda when I said I wanted a medium water from the fountain. The chicken was scraggly looking, soggy, the breading was terrible. The chicken looked and tasted like it was cooked in old oil. The biscuit was rock hard and crumbled apart. There was hard brown crud in the bottom of my mac n cheese. They forgot my second biscuit. Terrible experience, terrible food. Avoid this place and get chicken elsew

If I could give 0 stars I would! Me & my friend both went on our apps and each put in an order and somehow they messed up BOTH orders. I ordered 2 chicken & cole slaw Snackers and 1 regular chicken Snacker... they literally put nothing on them except mayo. No coleslaw, no pickles. Smh Then my friend ordered a Dunk Box with 2 special comeback sauces.... NO SAUCE. So now were both stuck eating dry ssa chicken with no sauces. We came all the way from O'Fallon for this and didnt check the food until we got home and now were both pissed. Complete waste of money. 0 stars!!! We will both be disputing

First time I tried it, chicken was awful and I waited 20 minutes in the drive through with no line. Second time I thought let’s try the pot pie. I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes behind someone so I gave up and went inside to see if that’d be a faster way to order. I waited in the lobby for 35 minutes without ordering anything. The lady behind the counter just shouting at customers from behind the line. “Your biscuits will be done in 4 minutes!!!!” And that dude had been waiting longer than me. If you plan on ordering from here do not go through the app. When I did they had closed the inside and said we had to use the drive through. After waiting for over an hour and not getting the order that I paid for we left. Calls to owner of the franchise and KFC corperate went unanswered.
