I ordered two matcha protein drinks for my wife and I using the Dunkin' Donuts app. We requested less ice which the App ALLOWS you to do. I used points to redeem one drink and then paid FULL price for the second. When my wife went to pick up the drinks, they were not full beverages. She questioned the order and was told by an employee that because we had requested less ice, they were not allowed to give us full drinks. Any other Dunkin' Donuts does it for us with no issues since we are PAYING. Avoid this location at all costs unless you don't mind being ripped off.

U know what's Annoying is when I come into dunkin to buy a coffee and my son, a child , has to use the bathroom. And they have an "Out of Order Sign" on the door. When I questioned the worker about it if it was actually broken, she couldnt even look at my face to lie to me. I called her out on it and she couldnt even deny she was lying. Its not broken. You just wanna keep people out of ur bathroom..idk if its laziness for not wanting to clean it or what? My son was about to pee himself. Ridiculous

If you like bugs in your food and want to be inconvenienced to receive a refund by having to go back to the store on a day that a specific manager is on duty order here.

Sat in line right in front for 9mins with a line behind me while she made 15 different orders for people who weren’t there yet… crazy work, take orders for the ppl standing there for 10-15mins
