Advertisement promo read that if you spend $30 you get a free sub… I was told that wasn’t being offered anymore so I left without further comment… decided to go back and show them at the drive thru window that the promo was conflicting with what I experienced… they decided to fulfill my request for a free sub and were super sweet about it and didn’t treat me like some sort of looking to get something free Karen! 🤣 thank you for honoring customer service in this case! Enjoyed my free sub 😋

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Very disappointing experience at Cousins Subs in West Allis off Greenfield. We placed our order at 6:07 PM and were told it would be ready in about 14 minutes. We didn’t receive our food until 6:47 PM that’s nearly 40 minutes later. During that time, I sat in the car with my child and observed multiple drive-thru customers order and receive their food before us and about 4 cars park ordered food and leave with their food before we even got ours. Cousins always has adds and pictures showing these subs of plenty but when you get it all you see is bread. They taste good but pricey for what you receive.

Do not go to this establishment we spent close to 80 dollars on 4 subs and fries and every one of then we're more then skimpy on the meat my wife ordered the Philly I believe all you see is bacon and cheese in the middle of the bread. My father in law got salami with double meat there was maybe 5 pieces of salami on it my turkey sub maybe 5 pieces of meat I have never spent 80 dollars on 4 subs only to have to basically take all 4 of subs and put together to make one sub when confronted we were told yes that's how they come and yes that's double meat lol ok corporate here we come how could you
