My colleague and I ordered an “8 corners pizza” with bold pepperoni on one side and ham, onions, tomato on the other side on February 4th, 2026 at 4:30pm and asked for it to be delivered at 6pm that day. We waited until 6:30pm to call the restaurant to check on the status of our delivery and we were told it would be another 10 minutes. Then, at 6:45pm, the food was finally delivered. I bit into one slice of the pepperoni pizza and noticed a “stringy, rubbery” texture in the bite. The pizza is still good with the service at this location is going to hell over the last 8 months or so i'm about at the point where I no longer want to bother with them. They used to be fast and friendly now you can ignored for the first 5 minutes you're there only to be told your order is going to take another 10 minutes more. I haven't encountered a single employee in this dump for months that has the first clue about operating a pizza restaurant efficiently. The owner needs to get his butt back here and whip things in the shape.

i called this location and did a pickup order. When i specified my coupon and the person on the phone confirmed. when i arrived they gave me the wrong pizza. i went back and told them what happened. tue worker … ‘kyle’ began to throw boxes and got very upset at me because my order was wrong. general manager (who told me his name is max, but i later found out his name is kevin) came to the front after hearing the commotion. while talking to the general manager- ‘kyle’ was continuously looking at me and consistently throwing things.. i told kyle to come back up to the front and talk to me if i u
