If you’re a nurse avoid this location. I order through the drive through and ask about the nurses week promotion they are offering, I am told this location doesn’t participate in the promotion. Fine. But then I ask the next woman which location are and she tells me they DO participate after I paid and then just told me sorry? Nothing done to make it right. All these posts on social media advertising nurses week from chic fil a? You should write “varies by location” or how about “varies if the staff feels like it”.

Communication!! When I am asked, ‘would you like fries’ and I say NO, that means NO. You’re just wasting food when you push them. Having to order and pay, without benefit of seeing that your order was taken correctly, you are at the mercy of the person entering your order—and you don’t know what they’ve done until your order is produced, with the receipt sticker on the bag. …..and…..please, please teach your staff that, if my order total is $10.41, and I present $21.00 cash—I should not have to take back my single because I am giving them ‘too much’. I’m here for food, not math class.

Forgot half my order. I go to this chick fil a often and they usually do a great job but after receiving my order and coming home I realized they forgot my fries. I ordered a medium and a large. I drove 15 minutes back to chick fil a to get my fries and they gave me my fries. Then I head back home to realize they also forgot my avocado ranch sauce for my cool wrap. I’m very pissed off and hungry because how do you mess up this bad. There was a ticket with everything on it. Do better guys
