I placed a mobile order and approached the worker outside who was taking orders on an iPad in the cold. I didn’t mind the setup at all, but she mentioned that her iPad had suddenly died and that a manager was coming to help. When the manager arrived, the interaction felt unnecessarily tense. It came across as though the employee was being blamed for something out of her control, and as a customer witnessing that, it was discouraging. Ordered an 8pc grilled meal with Diet Coke, bbq sauce, and Mac n cheese instead of fries thru drive thru. Had to ask for my drink, got the the hotel and found regular nuggets (blech) waffle fries and Mac n cheese, no bbq sauce. Ditzy drive thru girl half paying attention actually rang it up that way.
