The food was as expected from Panda! Delicious! But what set this place apart was their staff. Roger attended us, a family of 7, 2 adults and 5 kids! He was respectful, helpful and kind on understanding the extra service we would need since we have little ones. Things like giving us plenty of utensils, napkins, or coming over seeing if we need anything. Staff gets an extra star for this. Come say hello to Roger! Cheers!

Love Panda Express But portions not always the same 😪😪, and somethings my orange chicken doesnt taste fresh at all. 02/06/2025 Today, we visited this place, and it was a very pleasant experience. The manager, Eric, was very kind and helpful—I wish all managers were like him. The closest Panda Express to my house is in South Elgin, but unfortunately, I have had very bad experiences at that location. I wish the manager in South Elgin (I think her name is Bianca) were at least half as dedicated as Mr. Eric. Im changing my 4 Star experience to a 5 Star tnks.

Every time I visit this Panda location the service seems to get worse. On Friday I waited in line for about 15 minutes with only three customers ahead of me. During that time, one of the female managers repeatedly stepped away instead of helping the two associates who were clearly struggling to keep up. A male manager then came in from outside and immediately started assisting the team and helping move the line. Shortly after he arrived, the female manager walked back through the store without acknowledging customers and then left again and drove away. The difference in urgency and leadership

Update 1/16/26: I quit on this spot, the food tastes old and rancid. They don't refill the food at all when they clearly look at the empty bowls and do nothing about it. So then they serve you the entree that is done and meanwhile they finally start preparing a fresh one of the other that you want BUT the rest sits there getting cold. Blegh. OLD review: They are always so nice here. I like the orange chicken, noodles are yummy, the spring rolls are good. I really like the steak and shrimp when they offer it, with white rice. Anyways all Panda's that I have visited have been good.
