I would like to share an experience I had today at Dunkin’. One of the female employees — she has a facial piercing — was kind throughout the interaction, but I was very concerned about how my drink issue was handled. I order the same coffee every single day, so I immediately noticed something was wrong with it. The drink appeared much darker than usual, and there was visible chocolate drizzle along the inside of the cup. I am highly allergic to chocolate, so this was not a minor concern for me.
