If you’re not going there yourself making sure the oreder is correct, I don’t recommend ordering online. My last two orders were incorrect, the first one was through doordash and it came with no drinks which the delivery guy said they didn’t give to him! I ordered the second time through Chick fil A application to avoid any mistakes, but still got my order wrong. Asked clearly for (No bacon) and the sandwich’s box says no bacon but guess what’s inside the sandwish? YES , BACON !! They gave my refund for only the sandwich but this is not acceptable I don’t want to order again and wait again. It

This chick-fil-a is a wonderful option if you want takeout or a drive-thru option. However, that is your only option. There is no find in except for outdoor seating, which unfortunately doesn’t work during the wintertime. Food was great, and service was good, just not what was expected. There's nothing indicating that it's only takeout, so very misleading. People were walking around the building trying to find the door in, and many customers left out of disappointed. Bathrooms were provided and clean, but there were only two stalls.

Atmosphere gives this place a 3. Can not sit down. Just had questions for the owner operator. Asked for his number and was stonewalled. Left mine and he or she never called. Would love to know why damn near every other Chic Fil A is sit-down but this one is corner-store window operated. Does Chic Fil A not trust the community of West Haven that they serve for patrons to go inside and eat? Really bizarre and no, the window and drive thru is not quick. Takes forever. Way longer than a typical Chic Fil A.

Overpriced, chicken not crispy, asked for fries well done (as I always do everywhere) and they were supremely undercooked. Their reward program in their app is insane: it costs $270 to get a chicken sandwich meal. That’s insane. The people are great, the food is ok and the location is terrible.
