The manager Ruby was so unprofessional and rude..... The cashier (seemed new) was in the lobby whenever we got there and someone else was waiting in the register to order. The cashier arrives and starts taking his order, the manager told her to come here, then we were next to order, the manager calls her again and tells the cashier that she wants her in the lobby and that we should be ordering in the kiosk, this whole time we're infront of the register hearing everything another couple behind us. I came to the N Missouri location in West Memphis AR tonight and was greeted with the BEST customer service! The drive thru attendant Unique was beyond polite! I haven’t had that type of customer service in a very long time. Our food was freshly prepared with nothing missing and we were not there long. Thanks Unique for bringing back quality customer service!

This place is a joke. Been sitting in the drive through for an hour and still have picked up 5 soft tacos. They don’t care about customer service. Do not come here.
