I’ve been coming here since 1996 and it’s been a dependable go-to spot for years, especially late at night when most places are closed. It’s one of the few 24/7 spots where you can sit down, grab a beer, and enjoy good Cuban food without feeling rushed. The pan con bistec is a must, and the menu has a wide selection, which makes it easy when everyone in your group wants something different. Portions are solid, the food is consistently good, and it always feels freshly made. Service has been friendly in my experience, and I usually stop in whenever I’m nearby. I’ve been coming here since younger with my kids father before our 3 children. Now I come with my kids and it’s just as fresh as it was back then. The owner is a sweetheart, her mother is adorable, and the waiters are very nice. Anyone with small children will know it isn’t easy finding a place that’s kid friendly as well as patient and that is only found here. Very clean and always fresh! The grill chicken with rice and beans is my personal favorite! Worth every penny! It’s refreshing to come to a place where there’s no bad looks, just smiles! I will never stop coming here. You will LOVE it!
