Excellent franchise spot. It's clean, food well made, and staff is very good and usually pleasant and kid friendly. AND can't beat the prices. We ate at the one on Skokie Blvd recently and NO comparison. Staff off-putting, place dirty and waiter's clothes even dirtier. This one on Howard is well run and great for what it is ... an IHOP!

The food was amazing. The wait staff were friendly, but not very attentive. They did seem to be quite busy when we visited. We had to go and get a waiter each time we needed something, like a refill, to order dessert, or to get the check/pay.

Update, great follow-up by management! Odd entry into service area. Sugar and creamer packets are annoying. Eggs were good. Pancakes fell apart. Bottomless coffee cools off in decanter. Ask for extra butter as seen in the pancakes picture.
