My husband and I ordered the poutine supreme normally its delicious and perfect every time...not today. Instead of turkey gravy they gave regular brown gravy..if i wanted it with brown gravy I would've just order the regular poutine fries and saved some money

Walked in, Used the bathroom. Clean and Neat. I then walked to counter, looked at the menu. Asked some questions... Chose the Small/Reg Philly steak and 3 beef soft shell tacos deluxe. Sat down by the window and checked my phone, as staff prep orders and handled drive thru. Very smooth and steady ..but quiet. I don't recall voices from staff. I love this place, it's the chicken finger sub, it's just amazing. I love the stinger and their french fries. I would like to start trying other menu items but I always end up getting something i'm familiar with. I wish there was some kinda incentive to try new things. Even once a month deal, try a sampler of different items that are 1/4th the size for a fair price.

I was told that when in the Buffalo area, I need to get a sandwich from Jim's so here I am. Not familiar with the menu, I chose their "Stinger" which is chicken tenders and cheesesteak with spicy sauce. As the only customer in the place at 7pm, I opted to take it to go and consumed it a half hour later. There's a lot of protein here but the famed spiciness was not present. A good mix of chicken and grilled steak and cheese, it's also very messy. Tasty but otherwise unremarkable. The restaurant is clean and there is plenty of seating down the side. The young lady who took my order was patient
