I've been ordering here casually for a good decade at least by now. Always did takeout and never a singular issue; food is always fantastic. Tonight, however, I needed to post. There's a reason places like this exist and thrive in Buffalo. My wife and I ordered Doordash from here and we are a good 30 minutes north near Tonawanda. The Dasher forgot our pizza and they decided to remake the pizza instead of having a lukewarm one that was there over 90 minutes. This would be enough to write home about - the customer service. If I could give it 0 stars I would. We ordered a sheet pizza, with half cheese and half pepperoni for a party. The pepperoni side was not edible and half the slices in the middle of the cheese had no sauce or no cheese. The pieces that were edible were not good. Not 1 person who tried it, liked it and that was about 10 people. Not to mention the staff there is rude and they piled the pepperoni on and then burnt them to a crispy black so that it was crumble in your mouth like charded residue from a grill. I would NOT recommend this place. There are so many better options to choose from.

I love Piccasso's pizza... one of my favorites and I but pizza in every town I visit... I'm from just down the road in Rochester... but every time I come to buffalo , if i'm not at Ted's , I'm at picasso's!! The service is fine.Nothing to write home about but nothing bad either.. The atmosphere is nonexistent , since covid it's just pick up... so that's nothing to write home about either, but they make a fantastic pie... its a must try in my book!!!
