Honestly THE BEST drive thru experience I have ever had!!!! Chris went above and beyond to be kind and so very pleasant ! I had a fairly large order(4 drinks, 4 different breakfast selections and donuts) by the time I got to the pick up window- due to my longer order I drove right up- my order was completely ready and swiftly handed to me with a smile. Everything was correctly made and delicious! You guys are doing it right with a smile on your face! Great job and keep it up! Spread joy!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one is well deserved. I’ve been stopping at this Tim Hortons since I started working in the West Seneca area, and I honestly love it here. The atmosphere is great, the service is consistently friendly, and the food is always spot on. Everyone is welcoming, kind, and always says good morning — they even remember your name, which is something I’ve never experienced before and truly appreciate. Chris usually takes my order, and his warm, friendly approach and great conversation always make my day. He’s attentive and clearly a strong leader for the crew. T
