I ordered an Iced Matcha with Liquid Cane and Oatmilk. They would hardly let me finish up my order at the intercom and messed my order up. Instead of my matcha they gave me an Iced coffee with liquid cane REGULAR milk and one scoop of matcha to make it appear as a matcha.

Please stop trying to give customers ice coffee with a shot of espresso as replacement for a cold brew. It's disgusting and not the same.Just say your out of Cold brew . And why on earth would you put nasty cold foam on it when it wasn't even asked for. Also every single time I get a order from this location it's horribly wrong and not even close to what I ordered. And it's so bad I can't even drink it. 🤢
