want to file a complaint against the restaurant staff. At 4:00 AM, I wanted to place an order. There were security cameras; they could have seen my car because I couldn't get out at that hour. It was pointless to wait for me. I waited for about 15 minutes, but no one came, so I left. Very bad service. 5/16/26

Just went through the drive through and it was fast and simple. The girls at the window were polite and double checked my order before handing it to me. Greatly appreciated as sometimes I get the wrong drink at other locations. Keep up the good work!

This is the worst experience my family has ever had at any business. My elderly uncle and aunt accidentally left a purse at this McDonald’s location. Inside were their Dominican passports, national ID cards, $750 USD, 20,000 Dominican pesos, a cellphone, and essential medication. According to the Springfield Police Report (#25-14169-OF), an employee found the purse, handled it, and took it to the manager’s office.
