Thai Shallot is a cozy restaurant with a warm atmosphere and excellent service. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the food is delicious. Whenever my family and I visit West Springfield, we eat at Thai Shallot every lunch and dinner that the restaurant is open. It is our favorite Thai restaurant. I have tried every curry on the menu- yellow, green, red, Massaman, and mango curry- and the flavor is rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. We stopped by this restaurant while visiting the Big E this past year. My girlfriend found it because it was the closest Thai place to our hotel, and it was amazing! This is still one of the meals I think about the most. I ordered the Crying Tiger, and my gf had Pad Thai,she loved her dish. We also tried the chicken satay, which was tender and paired perfectly with the peanut sauce. The food was flavorful, authentic, and absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly, and even though we arrived close to closing time, they still let us dine in. We were both really enjoyed with our meal here.

Awesome place to eat! Very friendly staff and consistently good food. I get the Country Noodles and my girlfriend gets the Pad See Ew with tofu triangle appetizers. We've has the same thing a few times and haven't changed our order because these items are so good! The location is small with limited seating (never had a wait, however) and there's always delivery drivers coming in and going out so it seems like a really popular place to order out from.
