Net B.★★★★★We love their Filipino breakfast. They serve you with soup - lugaw just like congee but better. My fave is the tocino and longganisa combo but baby bangus is good too. They used to give you more rice but they serve so little now. They also used to serve champorado which is sweetened rice with chocolate for dessert. It’s our go-to place for breakfast even if we have to drive from the suburbs. The front area of the restaurant is nice. The back area does not look nice. Hope they fix it someday.
Chloe★★★★★Very delicious Filipino restaurant that has a simple menu. The Filipino option is a big yummy steak and the American style is more typical American diner food. You get complimentary tea and Filipino soup and it’s so unbelievably good. My sister and I split the steak meal with the garlic rice and it was plenty of food for the both of us. You can’t go wrong with this place! It can get busy so make sure to get there early or expect a little bit of a wait. There’s an awesome coffee/store a block away that you can spend time at while you wait.
Khai Huynh★★★★★Absolutely delicious and definitely worth the wait! Servers were quick and attentive. Saw many reviews recommend the skirt steak and I couldn’t agree more. Went with the skirt steak and longanisa combo and was very satisfied. 100% recommend a visit and plan accordingly for the wait because they are popular!
Hiding Horse★★★★The front was completely full at 10am on Friday. Table for one, seated immediately, still got me one bowl each of free soup (one congee, one pork and bean); I had to ask for containers to take them away. I ordered a combo breakfast which came with a black rice pudding, which is not mentioned on the menu nor included as an available side. The rice is delicious and the combo + soups are so big and filling. First time trying Filipino breakfast and it was great.
