Management: Please pay to retain your employees. The coffee, location, and staff have been great over the years. But whoever owns the place isn’t able to retain their employees. The employee turnover is crazy high (I’ve been coming for 5 years because it’s near my apartment). Today was the best example of this. I just ordered coffee at 10:15am on a Saturday (May 2026), and 10 minutes later got kicked out because they were shutting the whole store down because of coverage issues. I’m not sure why this place isnt promoting they’re desserts more especially the big chocolate chip cookie…whoever is making that needs to get a raise and get more people to know about the best cookie I’ve tried in nyc. Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Absolutely phenomenal, go get it you won’t regret!

Stopped by this café a few days ago and honestly - the coffee was amazing. Like, seriously good. One of those “first sip and you just know” kind of moments. The staff were super friendly and easygoing. I asked for a latte that’s not too hot, more like ready to drink right away, and they got it exactly right - which doesn’t always happen, so I really appreciated that. The taste was just perfect. Not too acidic, not bitter at all - just smooth, balanced, and really enjoyable. You can tell they know what they’re doing. Definitely one of my top two coffee spots I discovered during this trip. Stopped by at think coffee for the first time and was greeted by a young lady with orange hair named stephanie . She made me the best flat white . Despite her running back and forth she was always so sweet to everyone and very patient. The cafe is very cozy , spacious and laptop friendly. Definitely coming back!
