I had ordered coffee earlier for myself and my girlfriend and being someone that doesn’t often drink coffee I was confused at when I received the medium ice vanilla latte, and it didn’t look like the size in which she normally has. So after calling in, I spoke with Adam and he had explained to me the differences and this time around I ordered the coffee the correct way and size and I appreciate him for being accommodating and patient.

Don’t come here in a hurry. I live nearby and they run consistently VERY behind. Even when doing mobile orders those show up 5-15 minutes after they state. In fairness, they are very busy. The food is standard Starbucks so you know what you are getting. Needless to say, I prefer to order from other Starbucks that are not so crazy if I can.

Today, Monday around 4:00 p.m., I went to Starbucks and had a very unpleasant experience due to poor customer service. From the moment we walked in, the employee who helped us (a girl of medium height with curly hair) looked us up and down in a very uncomfortable and unprofessional way.
