Everything we tried -cooked to absolute perfection. Really blown away by the taste (and the size of the portions)! The service was prompt and welcoming, making the fantastic meal even better. Liz Matos Sastre★★★A bit disappointed with the food. I did take out. I've heard this is a great Peruvian restaurant. The staff was very nice, but the restaurant needs some major upgrades. I probably wouldn't dine in. The tallarines were lovely and the lomo saltado was acceptable, but the Chaufa with chicken had zero flavor. Cost was about $70 for 3 people. If it had been great, it would be worth it, but it was not. There are so many Peruvian options in Miami that I will not return to El Chalan.
