Mixed review. In the morning hours, this particular Dunks is great! Quick and on point. Super convenient location so we stop every Saturday at minimum. In the evening hours? They refuse to answer the drive through after 5pm in the last 6/10 of my drive home attempts to get a coffee. A customer or two may be inside at this time. If you are desperate enough for an overpriced watered down coffee to go inside, you're going to be met with some highly disinterested employees. In the small percentage of times they do answer the drive thru, you're likely to get the coffee in the opposite temperature o

Had to ask for a refund because I originally ordered a medium coffee and when I got to the window she handed me a small. That was fine but when I opened the coffee because it felt EXTREMELY light it was literally half full. No exaggeration. I took the lid off and asked the lady and she said I must have ordered it that way..... Why would I ask for half of a small cup of coffee? Have you seen the small? It's barely enough as is. I heard them tell "Kendra" she needed to "hit the right button"? No idea what that means but Kendra sent that half full small coffee out knowing it was wrong. I've tried

Just came from Dunkin’ Donuts in Westfield (the one by BK) and I had to give a shoutout. Sadie, was absolutely amazing. They’re always great at this location, but today was extra special. It wasn’t super busy, we actually had a good conversation, and the vibe was just really nice. I was sad to hear they’re taking the Berry Bursts away 😩 — Manny, please keep them! Shoutout to this Dunkin’ Donuts in Westfield — you guys always do a great job. Keep it up 💙☕️🍩

So the food was great! However the manager, was told she’s been there for 30 years, was screaming and yelling at her employees. Loudly! Sounds like she does it often. Could see looks passing between employees and a lot of embarrassment!! It made for an uncomfortable and unpleasant atmosphere to eat. I really feel for the employees because they all seemed very competent and nice!!
