Approximately 1230 am. Two males and one female working store. Took over 10 min to take my order at drive thru. Ordered classic chicken with cheese, spicey chicken meal with cheese. I got both sandwiches with no cheese , no lettuce, nothing, Just chicken, mayo and bread!!!!! Fries where hard and not even warm. Staff looked like they didnt want to work. They looked and sounded miserable!!! I should get my money back!! Absolutely the worst Wendy's!!!

Person taking order did not give exact change. Something about pennies. That's fine. So I stated that she should make the customer aware of that before paying next time so the customer could have the option of paying with a card instead of cash if he wasn't going to get the correct change back. Well as nice as I was trying to explain that to the girl, the manager came around the corner stressed out and went ballistic on me because I said such a thing to someone who doesn't speak English and said the girl doesn't normally work the register so I should not be so picky!!! WOW!!! Great customer se

The absolute worst customer service / management. They made me wait for over 30 mins in front of the building for an order of fry’s. No cars behind me in the drive thru. One of the worst experiences of fast food I’ve ever had. Will not be returning at all. When I went inside to get them, 4 workers were standing around not doing anything. One was on their phone , I addressed I haven’t gotten my food yet and they said they “forgot” with absolutely no apology of any type. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Got food at 11:30. Not very palatable just edible. Bacon cheeseburger was cold and salty with almost no toppings. Fries just soggy and flavorless.. didn't even get any ketchup! It's going down hill fast.
