I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent order of hash browns from this location. I clearly requested fresh paper and gloves, as I am a vegetarian for religious reasons. Despite this, I found bacon in my hash browns after leaving the store. I noticed this when I reached my gym in the same complex and immediately called them. The person who answered said he had changed the gloves, but claimed cross-contamination can still happen because items are packed together. If I could give zero stars, I would! They are so quick to get you out of the drive-thru that they’ll give you anything & nothing you asked for. I want what I paid for; if you don’t have it, don’t ring me up for it. Not to mention, the same person handling money and food without gloves. Not a single worker dealing with the edible items was wearing gloves. IM DEFINITELY CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT TODAY!
