This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. After reading the other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one having issues with the same employee. The short-haired older woman who appears to be the manager (picture shown below) is incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She clearly does not care about customers or representing this business in a positive way. She spoke to me with attitude from the start, couldn’t answer basic questions about the menu, and was zero help throughout the entire interaction. What really crossed the line was

I haven't had 1 fresh donut ever there. Everytime I've gone, and I usually are in before 7am the donuts taste cold and stale. Don't ever try the packaged bagels and breakfast sandwiches. So disappointed, this was my last visit! Bummer.

Remember when i did this review below? Well guess what they took the sundried tomato sandwhich off the menu and they removed THE BOSTON CREAM DONUTS. Complete joke. They most likely are going to go out of business in the next year. You dont take things off the menu that are the top seller. Its just wildly stupid. I do not have a reason to go there anymore. Actually wait a second. Im going to call the other locations. i bet you money this location is lazy and the manager doesn't know how to keep the customers happy.
