Had a Big Arch & fries. The burger was pretty good. Service inside was slow. I came in for dine in which took, seems like forever. Their was only one young man in front of me who had already ordered.

I went through this mcdonald's drive through tonight to pick up a doordash order. I was borderline ignored and had really rude service. I was waiting almost 15 minutes and I was the only one in the drive through for my customers. Order with little to no communication about when it would be ready. They sat the DoorDash bag down right in front of the window and never gave it to me. The atmosphere was quite appalling there was a larger woman in front of the drive through window, whose shirt did not properly fit. Im a doordasher and got the ick for my customer. I watched on line cook in general have one glove on and never change it once while pulling uphis pants constantly, wiping sweat off his forehead with ungloved hand then proceed to like his thumb to open something them proceed to use that hand to hold the container for the food thumb inside. Gloved hand still making food but had been on his butt multiple times. I understand it's hot and busy but that doesn't dismiss the health violations. When did it so bad in the fast food industry where no one wears hairnets, and gloves properly.

This McDonald's is pretty bad. The urinal was broken, the sink didn't have soap, and all the antibacterial gel dispensers were out. I also saw an employee try to basketball a plastic cup into the trash, missed, and didn't pick it up. None of the other employees did either and everyone just walked around it. My "large" cappuccino was also half full. I'm giving it three stars because the threshold for McDonald's is already low. Not gonna give one star for some minor inconvenience like most people. I can't imagine what a true one star McDonalds would be like.
