Ordered via uber eats. Was charged $57.95 plus 17% tip for delivery person. On the receipt when it came, said $50.85. There was a hair in my partners general tso’s chicken, the egg rolls were room temperature and not very good. In fact most of the items were bland, and all other items were just slightly warm. The tofu breading/fried part fell off each piece of tofu for my dish as well. Pics attached of hair in food and different order charges. Order was also placed at 4:03, delivery time via the app said 15-25 minutes and it didn’t arrive until 4:51.

I tipped online through Chow Now and have a digital copy of my receipt. Driver from Jackie Chans shows up and doesn't want to give me my food without a tip. He had some random receipt showing no tip. I looked at what I was charged with my bank card and the tip was on there. My husband gave him an additional tip but it ruined my appetite and I will NOT order there again because of this practice.

Absolutely disgusting! Do not order food from this place. LOOK AT MY IMAGES!!! Too bad they get 1 star from me, that is too much of a rating. So, I ordered sesame chicken that was complete mush, literally no crispy texture at all and even the sauce was bland. Their "fried" rice is literally steamed rice with huge white rice clumps that has a brown food coloring affect to make it look fried lol. The "fried" rice was just as soft as steamed rice with no al dente "fried" rice texture also it was flavorless....(how do you efff up fried rice hahahaha) I also ordered their "Cheese" wantons, they hav
