Brielle was incredibly kind and pleasant as she took my order, and the rest of the team (Mariah and Dominic) were helpful and genuine while I was there. I enjoyed my conversation with Brielle, as she made me feel like we had been friends for awhile. In all honesty this is the first time in 2 years I have felt truly welcome and not like a burden. Ben is one of the most insufferable people and thanks to him I tend to avoid this store at all cost, so I was very thankful that tonight's team did NOT include Ben. I’ve been to many tropical smoothie cafe’s and have never been this disappointed except for when I go to this location. I had chunks of ice in my smoothie today and this was not the first time this has happened going to this location. Never going to this location again.

Sat here for 35 mins for minutes for one smoothie. Only had 2 people and 3 drinks a head of me. There was one very nice employee taking orders and doing to go orders. The other two who were supposed to be making drinks sat in the back where we could see them talking and drinking their own smoothies

Happened in on this place, looking for a place to sit and chill for a few minutes. Bright cherry friendly, and my smoothie was excellent. Highly recommend this place have a great selection of food and smoothies and açai bowls.
