The girl (20s, white, black curly hair) working the drive though around 5:30pm on 2/17/26 needs to learn manners and the chick fil a first responder policy. She refused to give my boyfriend his first responders discount even though he was in his full uniform and had his badge/ID. She was very rude about it and refused to check when asked. Never had this problem before and normally the employees are very nice. Hopefully she gets the proper training so other hard working first responders are not treated like we were.

I’m not sure what happened to this location but it used to be one of the best around wv/pa/md but lately their quality has went down hill. Multiple occasions I’ve gotten old chicken on my sandwiches or the chicken was overcooked. Service has always been good here but the food changed a lot compared to 2-3 years ago

This is one of the chick fil.A's that I did not really care for. My mom bun and her sandwich was falling apart. But there was a girl going around passing out mints, which I thought was very nice.

I only ordered a peppermint milkshake with whipped cream, but I look forward to them coming out every holiday season! They are absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. This was my first time stopping at the Pattison Drive location, but it did not disappoint. I ordered ahead in the app, and within about 3 minutes, my milkshake was sitting in the pick-up area waiting for me, made just the way I wanted. The service and time it took to get my product could not have been improved upon. I gave this restaurant 5 stars in all areas for this reason.
