There hasn’t been a single miss at this spot. Honestly. The people who work here are so kind too. Service is always good and the hostess/manager is so sweet she really does her best to get everyone seated even as a walk in. Don’t walk, run to this place. Our absolute favorites so far: cucumbers, Kani salad, pork dumplings, crab Rangoon, swordfish bao, pork belly bahn mi, kimchi carbonara, spicy lamb dan dan but we have to keep trying more. Also dessert… got served a black sesame cake like that’s dessert off the menu and it was so well balanced understated but delicious. Match tiramisu is also

Ok, where do I even start with this spot!? Highly recommend making a reservation because they book up fast. Like one of Westport's hottest restaurants right now! The decor is a lovely authentic izakaya with the wood paneling and everything. It's a beautiful homage to Japanese culture. Ok now menu. Lunch there is great but recommend going for the dinner menu over anything to have more options! The addictive cabbage is just as it says, addicting. Ahhh- so good! The people, the service (bravo, Hennessy!), the food. We had a bunch of appetizers- the Hamachi was extraordinary, the dumplings delicious. We finished up with two bowls of ramen, miso and pork, and we could not have been happier. We will be back!

It was ok. The addictive Cabbage was fine to start. The roasted clams were a real shame. The topping had a weird too soft texture and there was too much of it covering the clam meat. The swordfish bao was very very good. The crab fried rice was tasty but I couldn't taste the crab. The ramen noodles were not springy and the broth was just ok. The service was prompt and perfect. the waiter even brought out a perfect pescatarian menu for my friend. Very nice people here. Edit: I forgot to mention, the food is probably perfect 10/10 if you're accustomed to salty food.
