I ordered a triple Burger large with a four piece chicken tenders. 3 hours later I go to eat my meal everything is fine the tenders are completely missing and this Wendy's completely missed my meal and overcharged me by $7 absolutely ridiculous will not be eating here again or any Wendy's in the city. DO NOT RECOMMEND HOW DO YOU MISS SOMETHING LIKE THAT DO I REALLY NEED TO DOUBLE-CHECK EVERYTHING THAT COMES OUT OF YOUR ESTABLISHMENT.

Ordered a carry out takeout order in the app, but for some reason they locked all the doors and forced me to go through the drive through, which had a very slow, long line of cars. This was the entire reason I placed the order as carry out instead of drive through. When I did get my food, it was cold. I would avoid this location and find different fast food in the area.

Unfortunately I have to change my review I went back and noticed a few disgusting things the top of the tables were cleaned somewhat but the floor was disgusting food and ants eating left over food I a dressed a worker to let them know and they did nothing as I recall the actual took there lunch break . Wow.. shows alot about the management. The fries tasted tall and the Jr bacon I got the patty was son The letterly the the thickness of two pieces of cheese. I attempted to place an order in the drive-thru, as the signage indicated the restaurant was open. I drove across town specifically based on the posted hours, which show the location closing in another hour. After waiting, I was informed through the front door window that the restaurant was closed—without any verbal explanation, only a thumbs down gesture. As someone who works in food service, I understand that unexpected situations can come up. However, closing an hour earlier than advertised with no communication is unacceptable.
