“Super nice place to eat, Super nice staff and amazing food”

I got there early. My friend was on her way but I didn't get seated till she came. Our food order was a long wait and my knife had actual egg on it, notified the waitress but all she did was take it without bringing a new one. Finally, after a long wait, our food came, mediocrewarm. No smiles, nothing. I had been there several times before but this was unacceptable. I was hoping to impress my friend with a nice homey experience with great service and food. I rate it a "D" .

7/3 10 : am pick up Let’s start with customer service ..poor Called in order ..Lu was told 20 min for pick up when I got there within the 20 it was not ready yet . Not an issue I went to use my card it malfunctioned . The woman employee was ringing up my sale but was also handling a few other responsibilities.. she told me do this press this and that walked away while I was still having issues .. she returned to help further . I then waited about 5-10’min .. the cook was asked by another to pack up an order that was made . When he was done he looked at me asked me my name and if I paid I

Staff was very welcoming and friendly for our party of 6. Accommodated us quicker with thanks to Catherine who was also our waitress. Tasty food, great portions and quick.

Staff are very nice. We've always enjoyed the food. Sometimes what we ask for , doesn't always come out that way. But I over all , still good food.
