Hands down my latest obsession - this place is amazing. The chefs are incredibly talented, the vibe is stellar, the food is exquisite, the service is top-notch, I'm already dreaming of coming back. Amazing vegan food in the Edgewater Public Market. Been last two times I was in Denver. Had an excellent Ruben and top-tier Caesar salad. Cool place to hang out with options for a group. Our serve Joey was a delight. Make sure you save room for a chocolate chip cookie.

We are not vegan or vegetarian and we thought this restaurant was AMAZING! We had the small plates - squash bisque and Brussels sprouts. Both were excellent. We also had the Rueben and Burger. I had the small Caesar salad with my burger and it was one of the best Caesar salads I’ve ever had . My husband had the fries with his Rueben. Can’t believe we haven’t been there before and waited until they were nominated for a James Beard award. Silly us. Don’t be scared off if you aren’t vegan. This place is excellent. We will definitely be back. Oh and the staff is excellent. Thanks Joey and Javier
