I love Ziggi’s. Their specialty iced coffees are consistently refreshing, perfectly chilled, and actually taste crafted—not rushed. The breakfast sandwiches are just as strong, especially the sausage, egg, and cheese—simple, but done right every time. The staff is genuinely friendly, and you can feel that it’s a place where employees are treated well, which always shows in the experience. It’s clean, reasonably priced, and reliable—my drinks never miss. The Gold Rush Cold Brew is on another level; I’ve genuinely thought about going back the same day just to get another. Easily beats Starbucks.

Based on service: I come here all the time, and regardless of who is working there, they always give me the breakfast sandwich I order and it is just smashed in the bag, unstacked. Honestly, really sick of it. Other Ziggy’s I never have this issue. See photo. In addition to the above, I’ve had the same issue here multiple times, and it’s getting frustrating. My order is consistently made incorrectly… specifically, I ask for almond milk and receive regular milk instead. I make a point to repeat my order clearly (often more than once), yet it still gets missed. What’s more concerning is the resp

I have been a long term costumer here but this was honestly disappointing I sort dashed from ziggis and my order was missing items and broken yes the cups were broken and coffee everywhere witch I don't know if ziggis had any part to play in that but when I contacted them they were rude and disrespectful. As someone who works in the food industry and had this dropped off at my place of work the was they acted had me my manger and co workers shocked.also past few times there I have received attitude and missing items will not be returning.

Whatever happened to being able to get coffee at a coffee shop. Everything is overwhelmingly flavored and way to sweet. I paided 10 dollars for one drink which is way too much money. I wish they offered just regular coffee...
