Ana Paulauskiene★★★★★I’ve been a loyal customer of Pho Ha Saigon for many, many years — and for good reason. Their pho is absolutely amazing — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced every single time. I’ve tried countless pho restaurants around the world, but none come close to the authentic taste and comforting quality of this one. The broth is aromatic and full of depth, the noodles are always fresh, and the meat is perfectly tender. You can feel the love and tradition in every bowl. The staff is always warm, welcoming, and consistent — it truly feels like coming home every time I visit. If you’re looking for
Amanda Z★★★★★Absolutely love this place! I've been going to this place since I was 4. Love the food and the people are sooooo nice. Love the spring rolls and #21 for the noodles!
Peter★★★I’ve been to this place before and usually enjoyed it, but today was really disappointing. I ordered a shrimp summer roll and a large Pho #21, and I found a dead fly in my pho. I barely ate it and completely lost my appetite. Even after showing them, they still charged me full price. At the very least, I shouldn’t have been charged for the pho. This was really upsetting and not what I expected from a place I used to trust. I’ve come here often whenever I crave pho. I truly hope they handle situations like this better in the future.
Sammy H★★★When I encounter crappy service at an Asian establishment , I’m never surprised. They don’t go above and beyond to accommodate, especially when it’s basically ran by a bunch of dudes that sit around and stare. Anyway, the food was mediocre Vietnamese cuisine. Basically, whatever you get here is what you can get anywhere at a Vietnamese joint in South Philly. It is what it is. Average.Plenty of seats and plenty of potholes to park your car.
