Been ready for my order since 4:55, 5:00pm ready time, you can check in 5 minutes early. At 5:11 I called 3 times for the length of 3minutes and 30 seconds before their phone forced a busy signal and drop. Had a curbside pickup due to back problems. Still have yet to receive my food, they have now had a mass of people go in but when I was originally ready and parked, no one and I watched them actually make my order after their system said it was prepped and ready. So now I am seeing how long it takes and how cold the sandwiches will be for them not following basic instructions and ignoring the

Having trouble with the app, trying to call the store location to see if my order went through and the phone number is not even on or working. Very disappointing, do better please.

What ever u do eat somewhere else at Sams town this place is a joke all the lady’s work there can’t read or cook foood right sorry got to be so blunt but when ppl ask or make it on the app u make it that way not a mess ….
