FOLLOW UP: Thanks for the canned response to my review. The email you sent me was addressed to "Customer", not me. And you tried to blame DoorDash for the wrong item in the bag. Sad. The link you sent in the email to respond with is a dead end. Horrible customer service. Five Guys, you dropped the ball. I had a DoorDash delivery on 1/16/26 and did not receive what I ordered. I ordered a bacon burger with tomato and lettuce. Apparently the grill guy can't read the order correctly i asked for no cheese and put cheese on it. Even though my recipe just shows a bacon burger. In the past they done the same thing, why choose to not go to five guys anymore for the same thing happens at different locations.

Our first time trying and not impressed. I got the little bacon cheeseburger, small fries, and a drink. He got a regular bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. The total was 40$. For 20$ a person, I could've gone to an actual sit down restaurant and gotten a real meal. It just absolutely wasn't worth it. Taste was fine but nothing to write home about. That's the only reason it gets more than one star.

Once again tried to see if five guys would follow instructions on a simple order and again was charged for a third patty and got what looks like two patty’s and I would hardly call it that.
