I recently discovered Lotte Restaurant online located in downtown Wichita for happy hour on a Tuesday, and it did not disappoint. The place was buzzing at about half capacity, creating a lively but still comfortable atmosphere. Maddie, the mixologist, truly stood out—easily one of the best in Kansas and honestly among my top two worldwide. Her drinks were exceptional. Came back specifically for the pork chop schnitzel and ended up ordering the entire cocktail menu, zero regrets. The drinks were incredible, and mama’s razz pear Marg was the highlight of the night. The feta dip is an absolute must order. Don’t skip it. What sets Lottē apart is their commitment to sourcing from local farmers and ranchers, you can genuinely taste the difference in every dish. Best quality ingredients you’ll find at any restaurant in Wichita. Staff is friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about the food. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We hosted a private event at Lotte a few weeks ago, and everything went exceptionally well. Josh and his team went above and beyond to make sure all of our guests had a great dining experience. They accommodated our entrée and drink requests from previous menus, played our custom music playlist, and even printed personalized menus for the event. The food was outstanding, and the level of service made the evening truly special. We hope they continue serving the same high quality food and hospitality for years to come. Easily one of the best restaurants in Wichita.

Hell yeah! Just had dinner here tonight. Madison is the sweetest waitress she did a great job. I’m in town from LA for work and the food here reminded me of home (I’ve had some really horrible food + service since being in Wichita lol) so this was a great change of pace. Everything was fresh and the portions were perfect. Definitely worth trying if you find yourself randomly in Kansas like I did 😅
