Their pizzas taste fine. However, they always skimp on the dough; when I order hand tossed I receive a paper thin crust that you can barely hold in your hand. So today I ordered pan, but received a hand tossed crust. But I’m really upset because as soon as I opened the box, the pizza seemed much smaller than the large I ordered. According to their website, their large pizza is 14 inches in diameter. Well my supposed large is only 12 inches in diameter, so it’s actually a medium. See the attached photos if I can upload them here. I don’t like being ripped off by deceptive marketing or practices

I ordered the cheesy bites but got the stuffed crust and they remade and delivered my order again. They use DoorDash for orders and I wish they didn’t because DoorDash then charged my card for dash pass when I don’t even have the app or an account with them. Also the first time the dasher came to the door and was friendly but the second time they left my food on the floor in the lobby of my apartment.

This is the BEST pizza hut location. I drive past two locations to patronize this one. The employees are professional and courteous to their customers. The only downside is that they need to cut veggies a little bigger. Right now they are thin like paper and not easy to chew. Especially once they shrivel up in the oven they become like paper shreds, not appealing at all. The pizza is always fresh and hot too.
