Whomever owns this franchise is making ALL jack in the box restaurant look terrible. Genesis the lady working through drive through had no type of tact, or care about the service she gave me, they got my order wrong twice she rolled her eyes at me and then to top it off my frys were ice cold and I told her they were cold and she just said yea, like in a so what kind of way she was rude and disrespectful and I didnt like that at all. Hashbrowns are soft with no crunch like they been sitting for hours i am very very disappointed by the way I was treated as a customer. But yea my food sucked and

This fast food restaurant is next to the road in a residential area. There are many residents in residential buildings and it is very convenient for shopping. However, recently, the construction site here will raise a lot of dust. If we don't open, we don't know that customers will still place orders here, which will cause us to run for nothing.

I ordered The Munch Better JR Jumbo Jack Deal. I ordered through the Drive Through. you get Fries and a Drink with the Combo. I waited at the Window for over 7 minutes.I guess the Cashier could of been new . he held on to my Money until a coworker took my money from him and Apologized to me for the long wait.The Burger was very basic.The Burger and the Patties were small.The Fries were also basic and the Soda was a little watered down. I was hungry so this Combo is not for me.

Be carful at this location. They offer and advertise great specials on location signs and on TV then when you get there they do the old "bait and switch," and change the specials so they can charge you more money and do not advise you about the changes. They are taught to do this by their corporate office, Make sure you clarify your order and are getting charged the correct price for what you ordered and there is a "small combo" option but they are trained by the corporate office to not to offer it to you so they can charge you more.
