My pizza was delivered cold. I had to place them back in the oven. Called the manager and he stated I would have to return the pizzas. I got them delivered I had no transportation to come get them. Normally grease is on the box and hot. These boxes look like they fresh off the stack and the pizza had no heat to it.

I wasn’t gonna leave a review because I usually am not that person, but if I can save someone else the hassle I just went through, then I will waste my time off doing so. To begin… I ordered a medium pizza and a 16 piece bread bite at 6:13pm tonight. I go to pick it up at 6:30 and the man working the drive thru was already going at it with the customer in front of me. By the time I got to the window, they told me it would be another 25 minutes until it is done because they hadn’t even started it yet. I'm not usually someone who leaves a review, especially like this. Our order was completely wrong, no toppings were added, no sauces, no stuffed crust that we had ordered. We went to this location and spoke to Stephanie the manager. That interaction may be one of the most unpleasant I've ever experienced in a chain pizza place. I hope she learns how to speak to customers one day, maybe then we will return. Until then, I will be telling anyone and everyone I know to not come to this store. Do better thanks!

Im literally on hold and have been for 10 minutes and have been hung up on, before I can even speak with anyone. I ordered a large cheese pizza and large pepperoni pizza... both with extra cheese... the cheese pizza was mostly bare without any cheese.... and the pepperoni only minimal cheese!!! Then I bit into my cheesy bread, and there was a long hair baked into it🤮 Still waiting to talk to someone😡
