Ordered $50 of food online. Order got picked up by doordash at 7:30 and did not arrive at my home for almost an hour when we live 10 minutes away. Food was delivered by Door Dash, NOT Pizza Hut and it arrived cold, one box open and the wing box smashed up like it got tossed around. Not to mention, there were 3-4 people in the car when they arrived and all we got was a "sorry....". When we called to let them know, Ryan was awesome and very apologetic and helpful. He is the only reason we will be ordering from this location again. Get rid of Door Dash!

So when you order food and spend $59 on pizzas and let your husband pick them up.. only to not get the extra wings you ordered but you didn’t even get the right pizzas you ordered.. I ordered bacon and ham and a veggie lovers pizza well don’t think either one of them are correct.. You call they say they’re going to send you a $10 credit and don’t do it.. That’s what our work ethic is these days…. Never again

AVOID this pizza hut. two employees staffed on a saturday afternoon in the summer (?) meant our pizza order (placed days in advance) was late, which meant we were scrambling…in the meantime of waiting we took our toddlers to the restroom and it was so beyond filthy. feces everywhere and unflushed, no toilet paper or soap…walked to the front of the cash register to ask for some toilet paper - waited probably another 5-7 minutes with no one in sight to have to just walk back and help my toddlers with paper towels instead. 100% disappointed and encourage others to beware.

So the pizza is delicious fresh from the oven. The staff is kind and works hard for the most part. However this location has a skelton crew most days. The also run out of practically everything every other day. Yesterday it was cheese sticks. Today it was hand tossed med, Lg and cheese stuffed crust. The crutons on the salad are soggy and stale bc they put them ontop of the salad instead of individually wrapped. The dinning room is almost always empty and clean. Most nights the fountain drink machine is disabled by 7:30pm. I truly think the staff is thier own worst enemy and running the place
