Drove into Windsor from Severance as I had some errands to run and decided to stop at sonic to grab a quick bite for lunch. Not only did I have to wait into the drive-through for over five minutes for them to take my order, even though there was only one other car in front of me. I also had to repeat my order in the drive-through as the person taking my order spoke a little to none english. Then I sat at the actual drive-through window for an additional 10 to 15 minutes waiting on my food. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. Food was great, speaker system for the drive through sounds really rough though. The drive-in window I tried to use to order did not work. Really enjoyed my time and good there. It was amazing, really.

I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru today and nobody ever came on the mic to take my order. I was in a line of 6 cars and had to drive over the curb to leave. I wasted my lunch break waiting for no one to ever service me. What a waste. Do better
