I came to pick up a big order by myself and it came into paper bags. I asked the guy if he had a plastic bag I could put both in, he came out with a his own personal reusable bag for me! I have been a loyal customer of this falafel restaurant for roughly 10 years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. My friend placed a pickup order over the phone, and when we arrived, we simply asked if we could pay separately for the items that had already been ordered. I politely asked the employee if he could separate the charges. Instead of helping, he immediately became hostile and raised his voice, asking why we hadn’t mentioned separate payments when the order was placed over the phone.
