I come here often. The employees here are extremely nice. However the bagels aren't always fresh... that's a 50/50 chance it will or won't be. Most dubkins are saving products from previous days I've noticed. Edit... I just spent 16.00 and asked for more ice because they didn't put extra ice in my drink and they wanted to charge me 1.00 for not making my drink right with the extra ice that I ordered the first time... lol they petty
