Unfortunately, bad service and incorrect orders are the absolute norm at this location. It is local to my sister and I, so we stopped by often. The first couple of times we excused the mistakes (forgetting the actual espresso in our drink, putting in dairy milk when we have an allergy) and tried to excuse the poor service. The staff is not well trained in customer service, and they spend a lot of time chatting amongst themselves or staring blankly when asked questions. We have actually gotten ill because of dairy sensitivities that were ignored in our order. I really like Dunkin as a business,

Today I walked into my Mom's favorite donut and coffee place, after losing her. There was the sweetest gal who helped us. She saw my sadness and was so kind and pleasant. This was a very clean site, staff was beyond kind .

Apparently this Dunkin doesn’t follow corporate decisions. Dunkin corporate posted that you can get a free coffee mitten with purchase of an iced drink at 10am EST (9am CST). We went at 9am CST and they refused to honor the giveaway despite us showing the post that said it was for 10 EST. They said they’re not doing it until 10 CST regardless. We wouldn’t have gotten coffee yet if we had realized that they weren’t going to follow the guidelines. Coffee is almost always good, so 1 star for the terrible service, but an extra star for good coffee.

When me and my boyfriend walked into dunking someone was taking our order but I said what I wanted nicely to here but she kept getting everything wrong I was telling her I asked for something and I asked for someone else and the girl was very very rude. The second girl who took our order was fantastic but I asked for strawberry frosted with sprinkles she put just strawberry frosted inside the bag and I corrected her and she was very nice about it.
