This is the absolute worst Mod location I have ever been to. We took a 6 month break because they ALWAYS got our order wrong when we ordered online, and their customer service is so poor. On a whim I thought I would give them one more try, but of course, they got it wrong and had terrible customer service yet again. My pizzas were in the oven when I arrived, but instead of bringing them to me when they were finished, the workers just put them on the pickup shelf until I went and asked again and had to repeat my name to get my pizzas. Ordered online, and when I went to pick it up, I asked the worker to put my pizza in a bag because my hands were full with my child. Worker tilted the pizza completely on its side to put it in the bag, and I didn’t think anything of it till I got home and half my pizza had slid off the crust. Food was all right, just wish the worker could’ve handled the food differently.

I don't know what has been up with this place lately, but the food has gone down so much in the last year. I used to come here on the regular and would get a mountain of toppings, sauce, and flavor without even asking. The past 4 times I have gone, with friends, family and even by myself it has been a total disaster. If you order online you will get a disappointment of a pizza. You ask for extra toppings and you hardly get anything, you ask for light toppings and they throw the whole bin on there. The dough has also been floppy a few times. We absolutely love coming here and the service is amazing! We were able to try the strawberry lemonade cake with no name this time and it was so good! The regular chocolate one is also really good! The pizzas are reasonably priced and we love to build our own! Their homemade ranch is really good too, but I usually get their pesto!
